I called him to help out my Mom who was having a lot of difficulties with all of the above. Despite my attempts to try to help her I couldn’t figure out what was wrong. In one visit, Jack figured it all out: he troubleshot and fixed her cable modem/router, increased all her internet speeds, restored all her connections to her Smart TV, fixed her Netflix and IPad and helped to straighten out all her various passwords. Also, he was very courteous and patient and understanding in dealing with all these issues when he was at her house.
