I called him to help out my Mom who was having a lot of difficulties with all of the above. Despite my attempts to try to help her I couldn’t figure out what was wrong. In one visit, Jack figured it all out: he troubleshot and fixed her cable modem/router, increased all her internet speeds, restored all her connections to her Smart TV, fixed her Netflix and IPad and helped to straighten out all her various passwords.
